第十届香港國際音樂節2023 – 獎金申領

1. 此申請表只適用於參加第十屆香港國際音樂節2023總決賽的第一名 (獎金 CNY2000) 、第二名 (獎金 CNY1000元) 、第三名 (獎金 CNY500元) 獲獎選手填寫申報，如有獎項名次並列，則獎金平均分配。
This application is only applicable to the Winner(s) (Prize CNY2000), First Runner-Up(s) (Prize CNY1000), and Second Runner-Up(s) (Prize CNY500) who participated in the finals of the 10th Hong Kong International Music Festival 2023. In the event of a tie, the prize will be evenly distributed between the contestants who obtained the same position.
2. 本次申領日期截止於2023年9月30日17 時前，若在此截止日期之前未提交申請，則將視為主動放棄獎金申領。
The deadline for the application is September 30, 2023 before 17:00. If the application is not turned in before the deadline, it will be considered a waiver of the prize application.
3. 請勿重復提交申請，組委會根據提交先後順序陸續發放獎金，請耐心等待。
Please do not resubmit your application as the committee will distribute the prize in the order of submission. Please wait for further notice upon submission.
